1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Edgelyzr website at edgelyzr.com, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. What Edgelyzr Is

Edgelyzr is an AI-powered analytical and informational platform. Specifically, it is:

• A sports probability engine that uses Monte Carlo simulation to estimate probability distributions for sporting events
• A financial markets signal tool that uses options flow analysis, graph-based correlation (Laplacian), and timing phase analysis to identify statistical edges
• A data analytics platform for real-world datasets and alternative data
• An expected value calculator and statistical analysis tool

3. What Edgelyzr Is Not

• Edgelyzr outputs are not recommendations — they are statistical probability estimates

4. No Financial or Wagering Advice

All content, signals, model outputs, probability estimates, expected value calculations, Kelly Criterion suggestions, and any other analytical outputs provided by Edgelyzr are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on the Platform should be construed as financial advice, investment advice, sports betting advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should always conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial or legal professional before making any financial decision.

Past model performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes and financial market movements are inherently unpredictable. A losing week, month, or season is possible and normal even when a model is working correctly.

5. Model Accuracy & Limitations

Edgelyzr's models — including Monte Carlo simulation, Bayesian scoring, Laplacian graph analysis, and Kelly Criterion sizing — carry inherent uncertainty and limitations:

• All probability estimates are based on historical data and statistical inference
• Models may not account for real-time information, injuries, weather, or other factors
• Expected value is positive in aggregate across many events — individual results vary significantly
• Backtest performance is not indicative of future results
• No model can perfectly predict sports outcomes or market movements

6. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Edgelyzr Platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to access sports betting analysis features, or such higher age as required by the laws of your jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements. Edgelyzr reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

7. Legal Jurisdiction & Your Responsibility

Sports betting is illegal in some jurisdictions. Financial trading is regulated in many jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Edgelyzr Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Edgelyzr makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all locations. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where its use is illegal is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gambling

Sports betting involves real financial risk. Edgelyzr strongly encourages responsible gambling practices:

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose
• Set limits on how much time and money you spend
• Do not chase losses
• Gambling should be entertainment, not a primary income source

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree to:

• Pay all applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals

Payments are processed by Stripe. Edgelyzr does not store your credit card information. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at Edgelyzr's sole discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including models, algorithms, code, designs, text, graphics, and data outputs — is the property of Edgelyzr LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission from Edgelyzr.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy Edgelyzr's models or data
• Share account credentials or access with unauthorized third parties
• Use automated tools to access the Platform in a manner that burdens our infrastructure
• Misrepresent Edgelyzr's outputs as guaranteed predictions or professional advice

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Edgelyzr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edgelyzr LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Edgelyzr in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
